Getting in the Reps

1/17/2018

This week Professor Jason Eggleston gave us all an assignment: 1,000 reps of a fairly simple technique series.  We're supposed to drill these everyday, aiming for a total of 1,000 reps. Professor Eggleston says this is the not fun side of Jiu Jitsu.
My series:
-Trap and roll to guard pass
-Trap and roll to 1/2 guard, to "dog fight," to back take
-Trap and roll to Ashi Garami, to sweep
I accept this challenge.
